Last Saturday Recreation by WTA Class

At the end of the week we (WTA Class) performed a recreation together with Miss. Kate visiting some tourist destinations. We left from IALF at a quarter to ten by car. The first of our destinations was Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi. We went to Taman Ayun Temple which was only one hour from IALF. In the journey, we were very happy and sometimes sang a song together. We stayed in Taman Ayun temple at about thirty minutes and continued the journey to Bedugul lake in mount Batur.

The journey to Bedugul lake took about one hour and we stopped at Saras restaurant for lunch together. After lunch, we continued the journey to Bedugul lake. The panorama were truly wonderful and there were the temple, the lake and the garden. After around one and a half hour, we continued to Tanah Lot Temple.

Before going to Tanah Lot, we went straight up on Singaraja street and saw monkeys. And then we went to Tanah Lot. We took a different way and enjoyed a view of a really beautiful nature and stopped in rice fields. The Rice fields were like carpets and we saw the rice terraces too.

We arrived at about five o’clock at Tanah Lot. The panorama at Puri Tanah Lot was very beautiful. Puri Tanah Lot was located on the beach. Many people went to Puri Tanah Lot mainly to see the sunset and a holy snake. Mr. Darmaji and I were only ten minutes at Tanah Lot and then went home by taxi. We came home about a quarter past six p.m. Thanks a lot.

A LOVELY DAY

A LOVELY DAY

We were very happy this weekend because there was a special weekend. The WTA class had plan to see some tourist destination in Bali. They were Mengwi, Bedugul and Tanah Lot. On Saturday 17 November 2007, we started together from IALF.

We went by minibus. The driver’s name was Agus.

We went together with Miss. Kate our special teacher. We sang together in the minibus.

First, we visited Mengwi temple. When we walked around suddenly two girls asked Mr. Naftali “where is the crocodile's place? Naftaly said “ I can’t speak English”. I think he was just afraid to speak English. So he could practice English just a little.

We had lunch in Saras resturant on Bedugul street. And then we continued to Batur lake in Bedugul, which was the most exotic lake in Bali. We were around the park and took photos. After that we saw rice fields in Jati Luwih. There were nice terraces. We stopped for a moment there to take photos, and then we continued our tour to Tanah Lot.

We saw nice sunset together at 6.25 pm.

The last activity, we went to Legian to take Miss. Kate back home.

We ended our tour in Sesetan street.

BALY IS A BEAUTIFUL ISLAND

Bali is a beautiful island, more view and tourist attend are beautiful
Balinese are friendly people. They make tourism comfortable.
Bali made Indonesia popular in the world. I don't lake bemo because that is very warm and old car.
Papua have more beautiful view but I don't know why less tourism go to Papua. Maybe same people think Papuan not friendly. Papuan face look not friendly but their are good.
Now in Papua I think natural tradition had change. More Papuan people laked drink alcohol. I think maybe something wrong? What Wrong? and Why? there are more question want an answers. Education is very important to build Papuan people for make them true people.
